IMPLEMENTATION OF MAIL MANAGEMENT APPLICATION FOR MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

Mail management is a very important part of the administrative process. Manual letter management often causes various obstacles, such as recording errors. The Application Corporate Mail Management was implemented as a digital solution to increase the efficiency of mail management in the General Administration section. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of AMS implementation on the efficiency of mail management at PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the use of AMS has a positive contribution to the efficiency and accuracy of mail management at PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya.
